Reset 360: One Day to Reconnect, Reset, and Recharge.

On 5th October 2025, Micro Mindfulness, Tone Spa & Asha Health Hub hosted Reset 360: an immersive experience designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and reset their inner compass. The day was a blend of mindful practices, shared reflections, and powerful moments of collective energy.
Here’s how the magic unfolded and why Reset 360 might just be the kind of reset your spirit has been waiting for.
Setting the Intention
From the start, Reset 360 was framed as more than just an event, it was an invitation. An invitation to pause. To listen. To be fully present.
We began by gathering in a circle, grounding ourselves, setting collective intentions, and anchoring in breath. This helped create a safe, shared container for what was to come: vulnerability, exploration, and transformation.

The Flow of the Day
While each session was intentional and structured, Reset 360 embraced flow. Here’s a peek into the components that made the day so rich:
Health Screening & Acupressure by ASHA Health Hub

Gentle Flow Yoga & Breathwork
With presence and ease, participants took part in gentle movement or yoga, not to push or perform, but to feel their bodies with curiosity, awareness, and gratitude.

Nutrition Workshop by Micro Mindfulness
Lead by Isha Bella K, a registered nutritionist. Shared how to "Reset Your Body: Metabolism, Gut & Energy" can affect overall wellness.

Lympathic health workshop by Tone Spa

The Impact
Many participants shared how the event helped them release stress, feel lighter, and rediscover inner calm. The blend of mindful movement, stillness, and supportive community energy reminded everyone that healing happens when we pause and truly listen to our bodies.
Why It Matters
In a fast-paced world, Reset 360 offered the gift of presence as a full-circle reset for body, mind, and spirit. It wasn’t just an event; it was a reminder that wellness starts from within and grows through awareness, connection, and self-care.
Tips for Integrating the Reset
To sustain the effects of Reset 360, here are a few practices participants committed to:
A daily 5-minute pause (breathe, check-in, center)
Mindful transitions — using mundane tasks (walking, washing hands, making tea) as tiny resets
Tracking shifts — journaling short notes of observations (moods, energy, thoughts)
Reconnecting with community — sharing practices or reflections with a friend or small group

Following the success of Reset 360, Micro Mindfulness will continue to create programs and experiences that help individuals live more intentionally. with a 3 months Wellness Journey, Enhanced with Tone Spa & ASHA Health Hub Touches because our body deserves more than nutrition and movement. As part of the program, enjoy curated treatments to support holistic healing from the inside out.

Reset 360 felt like a milestone, but the work is ongoing. We’ll be offering follow-up sessions, integration circles, and opportunities to deepen the journey.
