Sehari Berjeda: A Day of Pause and Mindfulness

Micro Mindfulness x Menjadi Manusia | Venue Partner: Kopikina


On February 22, 2025, Micro Mindfulness and Menjadi Manusia collaborated to host Sehari Berjeda, a holistic wellness event at Kopikina, bringing together a community eager to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. The event seamlessly blended nutrition, movement, creativity, and mindfulness, creating a well-rounded experience for all participants.



A Warm Welcome & Thoughtful Beginnings


The event kicked off with registration, where participants received thoughtfully curated goodie bags filled with gifts from our generous sponsors. The warm and inviting atmosphere at Kopikina set the perfect stage for the day’s enriching sessions.


Nourishing the Body & Mind


The first session was a Nutrition Talkshow & Smoothie Workshop led by Isha Bella, focusing on “Eat to De-Stress.” She shared insightful knowledge on how nutrition plays a crucial role in managing stress and improving sleep quality. Participants learned about the power of ingredients like berries, ashwagandha, milk, and chia seeds, which were incorporated into a delicious stress-relief smoothie that everyone got to enjoy. To further enhance the experience, Kopikina introduced a special collaborative menu developed by Isha Bella exclusively for the event, allowing participants to continue nourishing themselves throughout the day.


Art Therapy: Exploring Emotions Through Creativity


Following the nutrition session, Fionna Gracia, a psychologist, guided participants through an Art Therapy class. This session was designed to help individuals build self-awareness, explore emotions, and navigate anxiety through creative expression. The safe and supportive environment allowed everyone to tap into their inner thoughts and emotions in a meaningful way.


Movement for Strength & Relaxation


To integrate movement into the day’s activities, participants engaged in Yoga Sessions led by Matthew Advan and Alyssa Chairiena. These sessions focused on strengthening the body while promoting relaxation and stress relief. With support from Happy Fit, all attendees had access to high-quality yoga mats, and the instructors were dressed in activewear provided by the brand, creating a seamless and comfortable experience.


The Power of Stillness: Meditation Session

The final wellness session was a guided Meditation by Putra Wiramuda, a mindfulness practitioner, who led participants through exercises designed to strengthen their "brain muscle" and cultivate inner peace. This session served as a grounding experience, allowing everyone to connect deeper with their breath and inner selves.

Beyond the sessions, the event also featured booths from various brands that aligned with the theme of mindfulness and self-care:

Micro Mindfulness – presenting their Mindful Cards for daily self-reflection


A Heartfelt Closing: Letters of Forgiveness


As the event came to a close, participants were invited to engage in a reflective exercise: writing a letter of forgiveness to themselves. This deeply personal practice encouraged introspection and healing. To make it even more special, the five best letters received prizes from Jaga Diri, adding a layer of encouragement and appreciation for vulnerability and self-expression.
