Micro Mindfulness at Jago Wellness Week 2025: Bringing Everyday Wellness to Work

Micro Mindfulness joined Jago Wellness Week 2025 with a series of restorative and practical sessions designed to help employees reset, recharge, and reconnect with their well-being, right from their workplace.
At Jago Wellness Week 2025, Micro Mindfulness took part in empowering professionals to rediscover balance and resilience through holistic and accessible wellness practices. Through a thoughtfully curated lineup of sessions, we helped participants explore new ways to nurture both body and mind without needing to step away from their daily routines.
From mindful nutrition to creative emotional expression, our programs aimed to prove that wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s about making small, intentional choices every day that add up to meaningful change.
1. Workday Recharge with Acupressure & Chair Yoga
Led by Alyssa Chairiena, Co-Founder of Micro Mindfulness and Certified Yoga & Neurobiomechanics Trainer, this session introduced practical techniques to relieve common workday discomforts like headaches, sore throats, and muscle tension.
Through simple breathwork, acupressure, and chair yoga, participants discovered how easy it is to recharge and reset without leaving their desks making wellness truly accessible in any work setting.


2. Art Therapy: Painting for Emotional Expression
Guided by Fionna Gracia, Clinical Psychologist, this creative session offered a safe space for participants to express their emotions through art. No artistic skills were required, just openness and curiosity. By translating feelings into colors and shapes, participants experienced firsthand how creative outlets can calm the mind, release stress, and restore clarity.


3. Sound Healing: Deep Rest & Nervous System Reset
Facilitated by Marcella Novianty, Sound Healer, this immersive experience used crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs to guide participants into deep relaxation. The gentle vibrations helped ease the body’s tension and promote inner calm offering a powerful reset for focus, balance, and overall wellbeing.


4. Nutritional Workshop: Digest & Destress
Presented by Isha Bella. K, Co-Founder of Micro Mindfulness and MSc Registered Nutritionist, this workshop blended science and mindfulness to help participants understand the connection between gut health, immunity, and emotional wellbeing. Through hands-on activities like mindful eating, meal planning, and group challenges, attendees learned how small dietary shifts can boost energy and reduce inflammation in daily life.


5. DIY Healthy Shot: Wellness You Can Taste
This interactive session turned wellness into a creative experience. Led by Isha Bella, participants crafted their own jamu, herbal teas, and smoothies discovering how natural ingredients can support digestion, immunity, and energy.More than just a tasting experience, this workshop encouraged participants to bring wellness home, creating simple yet powerful habits that can be shared with loved ones.


A Week of Reconnection and Renewal
Our participation in Jago Wellness Week 2025 was a reflection of our mission: to make holistic health simple, accessible, and deeply human. Through movement, creativity, sound, and nutrition, we witnessed how small mindful practices can create lasting impact in the workplace and beyond.
