How many of us understand the hustle and bustle of going to a group class sessions? Whether that's going to a nutrition workshop, a pilates class, or a HIIT session.... not only do we need to find the right location, date, and time that work for our schedule, but also the friend who would go with us?

It’s like tending a small fire that, with time and care, becomes a steady flame.
