Some mornings stay with you long after they end.
Our first offline gathering, Mindful Meetup 1: Vision Board Brunch, was one of those mornings: gentle, intentional, and filled with quiet magic. It was more than just a brunch. It was a pause. A reset. A shared moment of clarity. In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, this gathering invited us to slow down.

Breathwork & Meditation — Arriving Fully Present
We began not with conversation, but with stillness.
Through guided breathwork and meditation lead by Alyssa Chairiena, participants were invited to soften their bodies, slow their thoughts, and arrive fully in the present moment. Before setting goals or visualizing the future, we grounded ourselves in the now.
Breath by breath, the room shifted.
There’s something powerful about beginning a gathering this way. It removes the rush. It quiets the noise. It allows intention to rise naturally instead of being forced.
Rather than asking, “What should I achieve next?” we asked:
What feels aligned for me right now?
What season am I currently in?
What am I ready to welcome?
What am I ready to release?
From that grounded space, the rest of the morning unfolded with clarity.

Reflection & Journaling — Listening Inward
After meditation, we moved into guided reflection and journaling lead by Isha Bella.
.
This was the heart-opening part.
With thoughtful prompts, participants explored their desires, fears, growth edges, and quiet dreams. Some wrote about personal healing. Others reflected on career transitions, relationships, creativity, or simply wanting more balance.
There were moments of deep focus. Gentle smiles. Quiet realizations.
Journaling created the bridge between intention and action. It helped translate feelings into words and words into awareness.
Before we created anything visually, we made sure we understood what truly mattered.

Vision Board Making — Bringing Intentions to Life
Then came the creative expression.
Magazines were opened (thank you to DEWI as our media partner, they provided us the past issues magazines as workshop material, yay!). Scissors moved intentionally. Images, colors, and words were chosen carefully — not because they looked aesthetically pleasing, but because they felt aligned.
This wasn’t about manifesting from pressure. It was about visualizing from awareness.
As boards slowly came together, so did conversations. Stories were shared. Dreams were spoken out loud. Encouragement flowed across tables.
Vision boarding became more than an activity, it became a mirror of each participant’s inner clarity. Every board looked different. And that was the beauty of it.

A Space We’re Proud to Build
Mindful Meetup: Vision Board Brunch reminded us why offline gatherings & our community matter. In a fast-paced world, creating intentional space to slow down is radical. Gathering with open-hearted individuals who are willing to reflect and dream together is rare.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who showed up fully and to our supporting partners who helped make it possible:

This gathering felt aligned, warm, and meaningful — exactly how weekends should feel.
And this is just the beginning.
Mindful Meetup #2 is now open specially designed during Ramadan "A Mindful Iftar Experience" A new theme. A new experience. The same intention to pause, reflect, and grow together.
