Q: “What is Mindful Roots?”

A: Mindful Roots is a collaborative event by Micro Mindfulness & Lindungi Hutan, where we care for ourselves while caring for the Earth. We start the morning with yoga in a mangrove area, continue with tree planting, and end with a nutrition workshop and brunch together. It’s a one-day community wellness + nature experience.



Q: “What makes this event different from other wellness events?”

A: Because it’s not just yoga or workshops. At Mindful Roots, every step you take—from your first grounding breath to planting a mangrove seedling—creates a real, tangible impact on the planet.



Q: “Do I need to be good at yoga?”

A: Not at all. The yoga session is grounding, gentle, and beginner-friendly. Just come as you are. Alyssa will guide the session slowly. What matters is that you feel comfortable and present mindfully.



Q: “What’s the full rundown of activities?”

A: At Mindful Roots, you will experience:


  • Morning yoga in the middle of the mangroves

  • A workshop + hands-on tree planting

  • Learning how to make Forest Elixirs–style herbal drinks

  • Brunch & mingling with other participants

    It’s a slow, mindful, and meaningful morning.




Q: “Why do we have to plant mangroves? Is it really important?”

A: Yes, super important. Mangroves protect coastlines, absorb carbon, and support countless ecosystems. By planting just one seedling, you help restore the Earth and directly support the environment. One tree = one legacy.



Q: “If I join, what’s my contribution to the Earth?”

A: 100% of the event’s profits will be donated to Lindungi Hutan’s reforestation program.

Plus, you yourself will plant a mangrove seedling.

So through this one event, you’re supporting reforestation, the planet’s ecosystems, and local communities.

A: Super easy. Just click the link in our bio or swipe up on this story. Fill in your details, complete the payment, and you’ll automatically be added to the participant list. Slots are limited, and they usually fill up quickly!



Q: “How much is the contribution fee?”

A: The contribution is IDR 399,000, and most importantly, 100% of the profit goes directly to Lindungi Hutan’s reforestation program.

So every ticket you purchase = directly helping the Earth.


This price already includes:


  • Pick-up & drop-off transport

  • Morning yoga session

  • Tree planting workshop + 1 mangrove seedling

  • Nutrition workshop / Forest Elixirs session

  • Lunch

    All activities run from 06:00–12:00 WIB.




Q: “What if I can’t join the event?”

A: No worries—there’s still a way to contribute. You can still donate a tree through Lindungi Hutan’s reforestation program at lindungihutan.com/micromindfulness or click the link in our bio.

Starting from IDR 85,000 per tree, your contribution will still help plant mangroves and protect the Earth, even if you can’t attend. You’re still part of the movement.



Q: “Where is the venue?”

A: We’ll be gathering at Mangrove Ecotourism Centre PIK.

Don’t worry—transport (pick-up & drop-off) is already included in the ticket. Just come to the meeting point, and we’ll take care of the rest.



Q: “What should I bring?”

Bring the essentials:


  • Water bottle

  • Yoga mat

  • Hat / sunscreen

  • Small towel

  • Change of clothes (optional)
