Reset to Rise is a gentle 7-day New Year reset designed to help you release the weight of the past year and step into the next with clarity, calm, and intention. Instead of pushing your body or forcing extreme routines, this program invites you to slow down reconnecting with your breath, your body, and the way you nourish yourself. Each day combines short yoga flows, guided meditation and breathework, and simple 10-minute meals to support your nervous system, digestion, and energy during the year-end transition. This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself. By the end of the 7 days, you’ll feel more grounded, lighter in your body, and clearer in your mind.
