I’m a registered nutritionist and co-founder of Micro Mindfulness, a wellness platform rooted in the belief that small, intentional practices can lead to big, lasting change. My approach is holistic - blending science, tradition, and soul - and grounded in the idea that food, movement, mindset, and community all shape our well-being.

With a strong foundation in clinical nutrition and years of experience across both hospital and holistic settings — from the NHS in the UK to retreats and wellness programs in Indonesia. I now support individuals, brands, and businesses to make health feel personal, mindful, and sustainable.
Between 2021 and early 2024, I worked as a hospital-based nutritionist in London, collaborating with dietitians, GPs, nurses, and SPLW teams to support patients managing Type 2 Diabetes, pre-diabetes, cholesterol, and lifestyle-related concerns through group consultations and education.
Now, through Micro Mindfulness and my private practice, I focus on creating meaningful, culturally rooted, and practical wellness solutions. Whether that’s a community workshop, a brand collaboration, or 1:1 guidance. My mission is to bring people back to themselves, one nourishing moment at a time.
